Refund policy

At Melanin Rich Skin Care, we take pride in creating high-quality body care products made with carefully selected ingredients and packaged specifically for each customer.

Because our products are personal-care and skincare products, all sales are final. For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been purchased and delivered unless the issue is the result of an error or damage caused by Melanin Rich Skin Care.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the products we send to you. If your order arrives:

Damaged during fulfillment or shipment

With a defective or compromised product

With the wrong product

Missing an item from your order

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Any additional information that may help us understand what happened

If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part, we may provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

No Returns for Used or Opened Products

For the safety and protection of our customers, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, or otherwise handled after delivery.

This includes body butters, body oils, body washes, hair and scalp products, beard products, and other personal-care products.

We cannot resell returned personal-care products, even if they appear unused.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.

Shipping Issues

Melanin Rich Skin Care is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and products so that we can determine the appropriate next steps.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow your financial institution or payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Final Sale

Unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or an error was made by Melanin Rich Skin Care, all purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
